A new handmade lampshade suitable for a swing arm wall light or lamp base, made by us in our studio in York, UK.

William Morris "Kelmscott Tree" on cotton. We have traditionally made this before in Forest and Gold and also Woad and Wine but this particular cotton is such a detailed pretty print with the varied blues, pinks, greens and brown. Working well to compliment the period or contemporary home.

Perfectly finished with a taupe trim and lined inside with a matt, cream parchment for a soft ambient light.

Price is per single lampshade. It is made by hand with care using a more traditional six step process as I do not use the rolled edge method found in most lampshade making kits, giving a more refined finish. The products comply with BS EN 60598-1-2008, the British Standard for Luminaries.
